Dr. Keshavarzi is a Fellowship trained, Board Certified Neurosurgeon who specializes is both conservative as well as surgical management of neck, back, arm and leg pain. One of very few American spine surgeons to specialize and have experience in minimally invasive spine surgery, complex spine surgery, adult deformity and pediatric scoliosis. As the former Chair of the University Of Florida Department Of Neurosurgery and Medical Director of the Spine program he served as the referral resources for nearly two million people in North East Florida. For his exceptionally low complication and infection rate and high rate of success for the most complex patients, he was one of four surgeons chosen to exemplify the quality of care provided by the entire University. Our goal is to not only provide the highest level of care but to provide that care with compassion and integrity.
